Video: ‘The Originals’ Cast Members Answer Fans’ Burning Questions!

So much went down at this year’s fan festivities, there will plenty of fresh content about bloodsuckers, superheroes, and supervillains to mull over for days. And what better way to kick off your weekend than with some delicious tidbits about The Originals stars.

Because The CW is the network that keeps on giving, they have bestowed upon us two new videos filled with fun details about life on the set of a vampire drama as well as entertaining behind-the-scenes anecdotes. In this latest footage, OG cast members Danielle Campbelle, Leah Pipes, Charles Michael Davis, and executive producer and writer Michael Narducci, gather round to answer some of your most burning questions about baring fangs, giggling non-stop in between takes, and basically their personal lives.

Here’s what we learned from video numero uno: Not only did someone catch on fire in real life during Season 1, but apparently the set almost did as well; Charles Michael Davis played the saxophone in his high school’s marching band; and Leah wants Cami to spend the entire second season wearing sweatpants and indulging in fine wine and food.

Here’s what we learned from video numero dos: It doesn’t take long for Charles to insert Marcel’s prop fangs — they are caps that pop right in; Leah is one of five children and admits that her family reunions tend to be just like the Mikaelsons’ — that is, until they pop in Little Women and they’re all happy again; Charles admit that Danielle and Leah make him laugh during their scenes together.
